- Matters Arising
- PB to circulate the accreditation document sent by BAAB for comment. The group agreed to circulate the documents that were sent for each stakeholder groups to make comments and return to PB for compilation. PB to recalculate document.
- The group to return document by 10th of July via email.
- Copyright the documents sent for circulation to ensure that the information sent to the groups is not used without permission.
- SMART have indicated that there was inappropriate reference to them in the press release document. There was an email sent to the ASG not the group.
- There was discussion around the codes of conduct that SMART as members of the BAcC will have broken due to the email sent. JL will contact the BAcC with regards to this and other correspondences received by members of the groups.
- (No need as web site as immediately rectified and it was felt unnecessary to pursue this.)
- PB has received very few replies to the questions posed at the last meeting.
- PB reiterated the need for confidentiality within the group in regards to due processes
- NOS PB has circulated to developed NOS. PB requested that the groups map their current courses to these NOS

There was much discussion within the group about the roles of the 2 bodies.
MW outlined the differences between the 2 bodies. Cost to register will be £15 for an application and £45 per year per practitioner. If you cone though a professional association then the £15 is waived and if register in 1st 6 months of professional being able to register the fee is £30.
There is no fee by the profession associations to the CNHC.

- Update on Stakeholder members
CNM ear courses are now standalone courses rather than integrated into the Naturopathic course. No major updates to date by other groups.

- Standards of Education, Core Curriculum, external validation
CNHC complaints procedure circulated for discussion. JL proposed the group adopting the processes of complaints of the CNHC voted for unanimously by the group.
Code of conduct performances and ethics discussed proposed to be adopted by the group by PR and seconded by JT, voted for unanimously by the group.
Discussion around the teaching level and qualification that should be required for tutors of each professional register and groups. PB to deliver more information on the 7303 teaching course to the group.

PR updated the group on finances of the group. There are sufficient current funds in place to fund another 6 months of the group, without further funding from the FIH if it is not forthcoming.

The Web site is up and running and awaiting the Logo. PB to upload to the Web master documents to be published.

PB has contacted Hugh McPherson with regards to undertaking a safety research in microsystems, PB is awaiting documentation for Hugh to review and circulate.

Blood donor certificates
Write to the British blood donor association with the history of the group. And wait their reply. As patients of our members will be giving blood and will be unable to do so for 6 months without it.
